As I stroll on TikTok, I keep seeing parents video their children reacting to The Little Mermaid trailer. So instead of focusing so much on the negative, I thought I’d show a thread of the little black kids who are excited to see their favorite princess look like them.

Thank you @FLoaBComic for always having such incredible inks in your drawings 🙌🏾🙌🏾 I think watching so much @DrawfeeShow helped me improve my digital art and character design 😄

Police in Columbus, Ohio shot and killed an unarmed black man who was laying in bed today. They shot him within one second of opening the bedroom door. His name Donovan Lewis.

For the past nine months, I’ve been developing a short film focused on the idea of loss and remembrance. The phrase “Non Dimenticare” means Do not forget, a fitting name for the project.

A personal message from Ewan McGregor.

[Amanda Gorman @TheAmandaGorman]

It takes a monster to kill children. But to watch monsters kill children again and again and do nothing isn’t just insanity—it’s inhumanity.
