In the last few months of chaos it seems that the most rational voice of leadership among conservatives has come from Mike Pence. Trump, if he ever was a true voice for conservatives (which I doubt), is very clearly a deranged uncle who needs to stop reading articles on Facebook.

@Meredith_Sell A big reason why so many kingdoms in Europe fluctuated in the power hierarchy. Dan Carlin (Dwight’s fav history podcast guy) calls it the roll of the genealogical dice. Sometimes you get a good leader, sometimes you get an imbecile. Not sure if democracy helps that at all though.
