I struggle to understand public officials who proudly celebrate sending their children abroad while the schools they oversee are collapsing.
It's not about whether they can afford it. They have every right to spend their money however they choose.
It's about emotional intelligence and leadership.
Publicly celebrating your escape from a system you are responsible for fixing sends the wrong message to millions of families who have no such option.
The goal of public service shouldn't be to build an exit plan for your own children.
It should be to build a country where every parent's child has access to an education so good that leaving becomes a choice, not a necessity.
That's the standard we should demand.
Twenty years ago today Twitter introduced to the public. Four months earlier cofounder Jack Dorsey had posted the now-famous “just setting up my twttr” message on an internal version of the service. Today the platform is known as called X, & owned by Elon Musk

I tell people, after you've roofed and Plastered your house, take charge over it INTERIOR, the Engr has done his major work, the remaining details should be done by you, according to your taste and budget.
@Melvin_fix@Joe_brendan_ Just search what type of clothing or wear you want, REMEMBER to read the review and CHECK the Size before you order (very important)
@Ol0ye Another side of this is that MOST Nigerian homeowners, developers or builders pay terribly low, but want quality jobs done.
Youll always hear some of them say, your price is on the high side, EVEN WHEN IT CLEARLY ISN'T.
Sooner or later our young ones lose intrest in the skill.
@abefe_pappykris@Ol0ye Hello, there are still reliable, honest and skilled Nigerian workers, if you've got any POP, Wall Screeding or painting projects in lagos, SW or SE, you can reach out to me. Thank you.
If the South East Development Commission can achieve a reliable railway system that can connect the entire South East region for safe movement of goods and people, that will be an outstanding achievement.
I should be able to travel safely from Enugu to Aba, Abakaliki, Awka, Owerri at night safely via train without the fear of ndi nto.
People should be able to transport goods safely via trains.
If this is done, it will boost the economy of the region at a scale never have seen before.
We don't need more conferences or photo ops.
@TONTOLET Truly, one needs to forget about the old!
BTW, did you notice how low your engagement has become since you decided to follow Christ?
I'm proud of your decision Ma.
May God continue to guide and lead you.
