What irks me the most about TLOAS is it showcases just how insecure she was about not being married. It feels like she never learned to be happy without a relationship, so now that she found a good one she writes about it as if it’s her greatest accomplishment. It’s painful
is it just me or are their some very awkward and clunky melodic transitions? i’ll explain when im not so tired, but in parts of these songs it just doesn’t flow, it’s like a record scratch, it feels discordant
the concept “if youre sick of him i got you i was patient zero” is actually brilliant but the execution is quite poor. such a waste. babylon is listenable but only because she’s reheating her own nachos. she’s made this song at least thrice already. that’s all i have to say
TAYLOR STOP TRYING TO CONVINCE US/YOURSELF THAT YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT CRITICISM. WE KNOW YOU DO. YOU LITERALLY WROTE MIRRORBALL. PLEASE STOP THIS MADNESS SO YOU CAN GET BACK TO MAKING ACTUALLY GOOD MUSIC.
swifties' inability to tolerate even mild criticism about her music is fascinating to me as someone who doesn't gaf either way. i feel like an anthropologist
she didn't lie, her vision just wasnt clear which has been my biggest critique of the album since day 1. She insisted it was complete and suddenly had more to say 1 week after release? If she was inspired she could've used it for a different body of work. This feels reactionary.
esse álbum parece aquela receita que você erra no tempero e fica tentando consertar ajustando no sal mas não da mais pq ficou muito ruim só aceite e faça outra que é melhor…
