What was a question to provide some proof has turned into personal insults that simply want me to take the bait and have a pissing contest with you. Go fish somewhere else. Good bye.
Make yourself a great day.
@EveryCdnCounts@odenetwork@casecanada Are you really this stupid or just pretending?

The same companies that have put ODEN and CASE members out of business are now their main sponsors. Figure it out, idiot. Aren't you supposed to some sort of disability advocate?
@EveryCdnCounts You aren't very good at searching.
Try this (separately for each) when did the Ontario Disability Employment Network / Canadian Association for Supported Employment start accepting major sponsorships from SSM corporations like WCG, Serco, FedCap? Let us know what you find out!
June 6th annually is OPP Veterans' Day. The OPP Association wishes all of our Vets the very best today and always. We truly appreciate your years of dedicated service. Entering month 6 of the Mamdani mayorship of NYC and Robberies are down 11%, Retail theft is down 19%, and Murder is down an astounding 21%.
And he did so without "Adding 5000 new cops" to the streets. Instead, he's invested in public safety with free childcare, accessible infrastructure, and better funded schools and libraries. He's proven once again that if we want safer communities, we must invest in People—not Punishments.
My argument is that we need policy makers to meet at the kitchen table, not the boardroom table, if you really want lived experience to guide that policy. The single mom that had to quit their job to become an unpaid caregiver, or the disabled person, should lead policy change.
Canada continues to dodge scrutiny over its record on disability issues during the very week it celebrates building bridges and initiatives to address them.

It is truly depressing how Western capitalism has instilled hate against a technology that can help humanity when applied in human interests vs pure financial extraction.
See my posts on Chinese deployment of AI.
It’s been a very busy week ending with me on stage speaking to mental health, addiction, suicide and disability leaders from around the globe. Did I say I was tired. Now can’t sleep 😎

Another great article by @SpichakSimon!
Thank you for keeping record of this.
@EveryCdnCounts Ontario Disability Employment Network and Canadian Association for Supported Employment. Maybe you don't know as much as you think. But it's pretty public. You cannot advocate against private sector takeover of a sector when the companies taking it over are your main funders.
They buy off Doug and his pals as well as voices that used to advocate against this. It's gross. ODEN and CASE have both been bought by these companies. It's very sad. And also dangerous. @o_n_n is one of the only voices left that has not sold out.
Additionally, a UBI is for ALL people in poverty, not just disabled people. Not sure if that’s intentional in this post. Like, it’s Accessibility Week, but we’ll throw in all the poor at the same time. ????
As we mark National AccessAbility Week, I extend my heartfelt gratitude and solidarity to disability advocates and organizations who have worked tirelessly to make Canada more equitable and inclusive for everyone.
Discussions about building an accessible Canada must include addressing the systemic human rights violations. As signatories to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, we must uphold the rights of the disability community.
The disability community has been forced into legislated poverty due to limited income supplements that have a high administrative burden to apply for. I extend my solidarity to all those fighting to decrease the administrative barriers. These income and administrative barriers underscore the importance of implementing a guaranteed livable basic income to ensure that everyone has access to a dignified income while eliminating administrative burdens.
The @NDP remains steadfast in our commitment to dismantling these barriers and ensuring the disability community can live in dignity. We know that building a "Canada Strong" means building a Canada that upholds disability justice, ensures human rights are upheld, and leaves no one behind.
The illusion that you will get rid of poverty in disability with a guaranteed liveable income is troubling. We must get rid of the cost of disability, or the disabled poor, will still be poor. #NDIP

Still one of my favourite interviews about the need for a publicly funded national disability insurance model of support for those with lifelong disabilities and their families..
