💣 FIGHT WEEK INCOMING

💥 Former undisputed champion Canelo Alvarez looks to dethrone WBC titlist Christian Mbilli and become a two-time super middleweight champion on Halloween Weekend in Riyadh.

@ATokkers5 Very complimentary about Gollaz, I wonder why.

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@Scottlake590029 @watacant Ok that's two fights, after that? Those fights will prob only take until late summer

👀 Denzel Bentley on leaving Frank Warren: "I didn't think I was being treated the best but I wasn't in the position to look for anywhere else to go. ... It was just to that point where I was out for 16 months. They give us a date, we call up and can't get an answer. Go to the office again, give us another date, call up and no answer — I'm not on that show neither. No one cared about how I paid the bills or how I was getting on in life or how I was looking after my family. ... And when I did get put on a show it wasn't on a Queensberry show, it was on a MF Pro show. I was hearing whispers behind the scenes that they were trying to take me off that show and put someone else on the show. If that's what it's gonna be then I've got to make my own moves." @ATokkers5 Why does everybody want to ignore this mandatory and Suarez (that has already been stayed once) but Catterall not getting his shot next would be corrupt and a disgrace to the sport?

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@ATokkers5 @DreamsR4Real999 When Puello returns in 2028, he might be at 147 too. You never know

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@ATokkers5 Good win for my ex sparring partner Donnacha on the undercard.

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@Mastermind_5D @ChillTownBoxing Did Sandor Martin get his rematch?

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@ESBRBoxing No

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@watacant I think his point was that he gave away his belt for an extra 200k but even then he'd have to beat Yoenli for it to matter. Eddie should've said, you beat Yoenli and I'll give you Ennis fight for 1.5m or whatever as a two fight deal. Then it might've made sense for him.

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@RapaczBoxing No I never said I did but what has that got to do with the conversation.

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@RapaczBoxing Ask Michael McKinson what happens when you take 50-50 fights, win some, lose a couple and don't get your promotional contract renewed and don't get more opportunities to be able to go on that winning run.

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@RapaczBoxing It is a big problem but it is a reality until there is a system where that changes.

Will ZB be the answer to that? Maybe, maybe not.

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@RapaczBoxing Fair play to him but there'll be LOTS of fighters that lose in 50-50s and never come back or never get the opportunities to build back.

[EverythingBoxing | Darshan Desai @EverythingBoxi2]

@RapaczBoxing I'm not saying it's not a stupid sport or that it's right but that's the reality. This is why fighters don't want to take crazy risks.
