Sometimes the bravest decision isn't chasing what you've always wanted, it's choosing yourself instead. If a space repeatedly makes you feel unseen or unwelcome, protecting your peace is never a loss. BTS continues to teach that lesson to me.
paving the way doesnt always mean the first to win an award, it means the one who makes impact where it matters and allows for those who follow in their footsteps to be seen and treated fairly too. that is what bts are doing, and that takes courage
bts who decided enlistment on their own terms after the gov tried to use them bts who said fuck the grammys after releasing their biggest album yet and little bts that debuted making music about issues that no other kpop group had the balls to talk about theyve never changed once
