@santanderukhelp Why so many people reporting issues then? Have they all got ‘payment blocks’ or WiFi/3G issues? Don’t think so.

Anyway seems to be resolved now no thanks to you guys. The Santander banking website and app are appalling and are seriously making us think about moving away.

@santanderukhelp @FayeARooney There is an issue @santanderukhelp. I’m sat at a shop trying to transfer to pay but both app and website keeping logging me out. It’s absolute bull and now I’ll have to put my shopping back. Stop denying there’s an issue and get it escalated to someone who can resolve it.
