@ttfapodcast I'm finally listening to this ep, & it's killing me. I'm 1 of these pet lovers. My husband was accepted on 3rd date by my cat who hated men. She loved him. 5 of my 6 pets are elderly, including 1 w/ pug myelopathy. Yes pugs have their own version. Currently sobbing at my desk

@alexalbisu Since we had covid in Jan, we've been told to wait for the booster. But we took our kids for their 1st shot yesterday!!! 11 & 8, and they did GREAT!!

@nicolespag My kids are 11 & 8, & hubby & I just spent date night dinner discussing what to get them for Christmas. They've only told us. Now a 3d doodle pen I think might go over well with them. They both like to draw, esp Kirby, Mario, Among Us, Pokemon, etc.

I grew up in a city of 25k, ours was typical groups of kids going from house to house for candy. The houses aren't crammed together. I grew up in houses built in the 70s. Current area built in the 90s

@thebriandunaway @Coverville @Randydeluxe @scottjohnson Brian...my dad grew up in a "factory town" in western PA. My employer is located in an old factory town in Ohio. (The factory isn't there anymore.) So I know what you mean by mill town.

@_KristenAshton_ My kids did Montessori preschool and kindergarten. It was fabulous. They were instrumental in helping us start down the path of diagnosis for our kids, which are both 2e. (Gifted+ADHD) One of the owners has 3 sons all neurodivergent, so she knew what she was seeing.

@LilDisFan That is the exact air fryer we got from my inlaws for Christmas. I tried making the disney cheeseburger egg rolls. Since I've never had the real ones, i don't know how I did. But they tasted pretty good.

@GovMikeDeWine People don't need to travel to Ohio unless they have a vaccine and a mask. WE don't need to be traveling WITHIN Ohio without a vaccine and mask. I have mine. To many people refuse to have theirs.

@JulesRPG Yes, never been much of a fan of square cut round pizza. But that's the norm in here in NE Ohio. My family also likes to cut round cakes in squared off slices. I've never understood that either.

@MajorSpoilers I wonder if this advice would sink in to my 6th grader ADHD/Gifted child who thinks directions are optional. ESPECIALLY if she's not interested in the assignment. Middle school is going to be a trip.

@JulesRPG I feel like women are conditioned either to be meek and give-in, or become the dreaded "Karen". Somewhere in between has to be a middle ground where we advocate for ourselves. Be it nails, haircuts, doc visits, jobs, bra fittings, etc. If anyone finds that place, let me know!
