At our first event today, a very young team was in their prayer circle before taking the floor. The coach noticed that many of the children were crying after a decent warm up. He, with a strong tone and thinking there was drama, asked them why they were crying. One child replied

“Coach, only two month ago we didn’t think we would ever be doing this again.” They were not divided by drama, they were united in their love for our sport! The tears were tears of joy to get on a floor and perform in front of people, family, and friends.

Disrespect is unacceptable. Talk to me, correct me, check me, lecture me, but don’t disrespect me. Above that, don’t disrespect ANYONE in front of me. It makes me turn green and grow. What happens next I can’t control!
