If this succeeds, it could end one of the darkest chapters in science. RFK Jr. is pushing to stop animal testing in the United States.
He is urging the government to move away from testing chemicals and drugs on dogs, cats, rabbits and primates. For decades these animals have lived in labs, suffering for experiments most people never see.
RFK Jr. says modern technology is ready to replace this cruelty. Advances in human cell research, computer models and AI could make testing safer, faster and far more accurate than hurting animals.
Animal advocates are calling this a historic moment. If lawmakers support the shift, millions of animals could finally be spared from fear, pain and isolation.
This push could redefine the future of science in America. A future where innovation does not come at the cost of innocent lives.
If real change happens, history will remember this as the moment the country chose compassion over suffering.

South Korea has officially banned the Dog-meat industry which will transform the future for millions of Dogs.
For decades, countless Dogs lived in fear, trapped in cramped cages with no chance at a normal life, but now, for the first time, they truly have hope. They finally have a chance to be rescued, cared for and treated like the companions they were always meant to be.
Under the new law, breeding will end, slaughter will stop and the sale of Dog meat will become illegal, which means fewer Dogs suffering and more Dogs getting the opportunity to find safe, loving homes.
Shifting Culture: People across South Korea are celebrating this as a new beginning for animal welfare. The ban reflects a significant shift in Korean society, where Dogs are increasingly seen as pets, with 86% of Koreans not planning to eat dog meat in the future.
BREAKING: Jakarta, which is the world’s largest city with more than 40 million residents, has banned the commercial trade, slaughter and sale of dogs and cats for meat after years of advocacy from the Dog Meat Free Indonesia coalition, of which Humane World for Animals is a founding member.
This is a major step toward ending Indonesia’s dog and cat meat trade—and we’re so grateful to all of our supporters who stood by our side!
Happy Thanksgiving! This year we’re throwing it back to 2003 when Toby played the halftime show at the Thanksgiving Day game between the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins.

"Animals don't have a voice. But I do. A loud one. I'm a fucking big mouth. My voice is for them. And I'll never shut up while they suffer!" ~ @RickyGervais.
RT if YOU will be like Ricky and use YOUR voice animals.
@domdyer70 If that is true that’s very sad to hear. I will have lost lots of respect for him because of this. This day and age there is no excuse for using animals this way, very sad.
That is all you can do when you are a prisoner of greed, indifference, humans. You cannot grab your baby and run, you cannot fight, you cannot scream, kick. You suffer, over and over and over till your own untimely end comes. For the poor, helpless souls, I hope there is a Heaven
