I am no longer using @RoyalMail as my shipping company waiting multiple weeks for simple tracking updates, not following through on what they agreed to do when called, and now a 6 month + wait for insurance payouts when shipping internationally

@thebenjameister @thebenjameister sadly with your case there isn’t much i can do as your package got to your post office and you refused the customs charge, and since the package was never returned its paypals policy and mine not to replace it

I know they’re having their own issues with strikes but when a package won’t even register into their system so tracking doesn’t even show it’s with them is not acceptable for this long , I didn’t mind when I thought the issue was only going to last a few weeks

Apologies to everyone for being away from DM’s my dad got very ill so I ended up spending a couple of weeks in hospital with him, then I got Covid preventing me from going home as my sister is high risk, just managed to get my phone dropped off to me so I could let everyone know
