This Friday we are launching our EvoCloud 2.0 CMS with all new applications. Once the new system is live, we will continue adding new features like AI chatbots, live chat systems, and an enterprise search engine.

In the new update to the CMS, icon selection is now built into menu editing. We added 300 of the most used icons by our customers to save you time and you can add more.

Our new hiring system within our CMS is expanding to be a true HR application for employee management, so we are naming it "SimpleStaff". This app now includes employee management, onboarding workflow, and a lot more. Included in our platform.

Today we are testing live streaming to YouTube directly from the SimpleAgendas panel in the CMS using OBS.

Today we are building a live YouTube streaming API into our new SimpleAgendas application for one-button live streaming of your meetings. These will automatically display on home pages of websites we host as well if you use our new SimpleAgendas product.

Customers have asked us "will the new EvoGov CMS include enough ADA features that we won't need Userway/Accessibe any longer?". Short answer - Yes. Including automatic tagging of all images, PDF mitigation, content mitigation, scans, on-page tools, the works.

Our own ADA/WGAC 2.1 to replace Userway, AudioEye, SiteImprove, Accessibe, Monsido, DocAccess, and more is now completed, integrated, and part of our platform. Includes PDF remediation, right in the CMS.

We just built an AI server that will scan all images in your website and automatically generate ALT tag descriptions for them based on their content. This will improve ADA compliance and save your staff a TON of time.

We have been torture-testing our new ADA PDF cleaner with a 400 page PDF that has 30,000 images in it. This slowed the system down enough for us to spot potential bottlenecks. We will cap the number of images in a PDF to 300 which should be plenty.

Our ADA Scanner and Cleaner for PDFs is complete. Built right into our new CMS. No other company offers this level of ADA / WCAG 2.1 compliance built-in.

Our bank (FirstBank) is being sold to PNC Bank. We will be changing our business banking and our billing system very soon.

Our new ADA scanner is now working in our development environment. Our goal is to make all pages and apps in our CMS ADA compliant out of the box. We are working through all CMS apps now to ensure that happens. The ADA scanner will be free for all customers.

The updated media library now shows where every file is used in the CMS. This is a big upgrade where you can update all links at once when a file changes.

Building a PDF scanner and editor for making PDFs ADA compliant automatically - this will be built into our new version of the CMS.

Our new HR application is complete. It will be part of the new CMS upgrade coming next month to all customers. Today we are building a better action button manager for departments, then we move to testing the mass SMS messaging system.
