@TastingHistory1 me and my gf have been binge watching all of your videos, and I decided to try the Fettuccine Alfredo recipe myself! Easy and delicious

The animation that features one of my mechs has released a while back, so I thought I'd post it here! Better late than never right

Textures are still a work in progress, but I've finished one of the guns for my graduation.
It's an infantry carbine. Because of it's use in close quarter urban environments it comes equiped with a parry-guard to deflect sword attacks. Lore dump soon ;)
My main inspiration (and the topic I want to become somewhat of an expert on) are guns from the 19th century, preferably the more modern ones. Theybdid some weirdly interesting stuff back then.
I've been bingewatching Forgotten Weapons and Royal Armouries, such great sources!
Some guns are more basic than others, but having a baseline is nice. It makes the special ones stand out even more.
Also, simple can be special in it's own regard. Simple works. Simple is safe.
I really enjoy designing firearms for games. It's so much fun to think about what the player will use the guns for, and how they will use them. What will they experience? Can they look at a gun and say "Yeah, that'll do the job in this mission."
Today I'm starting daily posts highlighting my graduation project! In short: I'm creating 3D guns for a high-fantasy setting.
Excited to show what I am working!
Made a quick and simple 3D model to practise modelling clothing (I've spent most time on her heels and you can't even see those ๐)
I modelled everything except for the base body
