Schools getting ready for SATs please consider the evidence (images) before reducing PE and physical activity time! Consider programmes such as @tagtiv8 to enhance literacy & numeracy 👍. Kinaesthetic learning will always be the methodology of choice for young absorbing minds.

Shift work health risks affect families too.

At our recent network mtg a headteacher shared an eg from their work with @Evolve_Impact: identifying that for some children, poor sleep was contributing to diffs with learning & relationships. Awareness is first step to improvement.
