@MARKYMARKBRAND If they did dispute it , that would send a message that there is accountability for poor play calling. To overturn a touchdown as they did, there had to be no doubt or way to dispute the turnover of the call since it involved a touchdown. There was doubt.

The defensive player is taught to aim for the middle of the offensive player. If the offensive player ducks and suddenly his head is at torso level, you can't call the defense for targeting. It's an impossible position for the defense to be in
