@KMMalcolm @PetsatHome I would say that’s down to PAH not booking the correct delivery, the size on some of their parcels are crazy. Courier expected to deliver for 50p!!!!

@cdlovelace There could be a multitude of reasons why your delivery was not left at your back door, eg: not undercover so would get wet if it rained, side gate locked, dog crap in back garden?? Anyway you have your delivery so not sure why you use the term cowboys?? 🤷🏼‍♂️

@Rupesh1016 @Evri__Delivery If you require large boxes to be collected you need to book a Light & Large collection so they fit in the couriers vehicle. I believe the dimensions are on the website when you book

@munachik @EVRi_Delivery Firstly, never pay the £6 to call, it’s a con - nothing to do with Evri. Secondly, get in touch with the sender for a refund or replacement item. Sounds like it’s either been damaged in transit or stuck in a depot somewhere

@CAdamsActress When you say the drop off, do you mean a parcel shop/locker? If that’s the case, then Evri don’t collect from them, that’s a firm called City Sprint

@SteveWSMan Sorry to hear your parcel has been del’d incorrectly. Contact your bank or credit card & claim against AliExpress. They are legally liable so have to refund you. If they refuse ask your card provider to do a chargeback

@KamiAlicia1 It’s my guess that all the lockers are full. City Sprint are in charge of emptying them but are not very good at it in my opinion
