AND after I’ve already had to pay extra fees in both directions: on the way there paying to not actually have the option to pick a seat AND still needing to pay to check a bag… and then on the way back I didn’t even need to check my bag at all apparently! WTF

Completely pissed off with @united handing my carry on bag: completely coated with someone’s perfume that my bag (that I just bought mind you) that smells so bad and took 10 rounds of wipes to not be sopping wet (picture 2 is round 5 of wiping and the perfume still showing up)
