@HM_Passport I have been waiting 7 weeks for a renewal and still no progress. The tracker says you have my documents but no one can give any further update on process times. Very frustrating process,no contact for the team processing the passport and the call centre team talk from a script.

@passportwaiting Have been waiting 7 weeks for a simple renewal. No update or indication of when it will be reviewed. Required to travel in 10 days.

@HM_Passport Have been trying to contact Peterborough passport office to get a status update on my passport. Have called advice line and keep getting told the average is 3-4 weeks for a simple renewal but my application has been in for 7 weeks. I'm required to travel in 10 days.
