I watched the first episode of the new "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" drama. I find it interesting! It's a different setting than the movie version with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The 2005 version was about two people (John and Jane) who got married without knowing that they were each other's agents. This time, they (John and Jane) are brought together by a certain organization through a fake marriage, and the plot involves them getting involved in a mission. The characters of these two nameless people (John and Jane Doe) are well cast. The TV series also has cameo appearances by beautiful stars. This looks like a winner. I'll keep watching.
Today I met up with Junji Ito, whom I hadn't seen since the pandemic for the first time in 4 years, and rewatched the movie "Uzumaki" that I saw 24 years ago at the theater, on the North American BD (since the Japanese version is only available on DVD).
I remember I saw it in Shibuya and it was a double feature with "Tomie," as I recall.
In my warehouse tonight, I unearthed the manga "Uzumaki" and reread it.
