@ekenigsberg Oh man. When they raised the limit on nested IF statements from 7 to 64 (Excel 2007) I really went nuts. I'm sure I've written something involving 10+ nested IFs combined with VLOOKUPs and CONCATENATEs that is equally embarrassing. O_o

With all of the craziness and hyper-polarization of people's views these days, you see a lot of arguing -- IRL in the streets during rallies, online in social media comments, etc. I'm reminded of advice my grandpa gave me when I was a boy:
