And of course consuming a lot of water. Water Should be your number one haircare product!
Feed your scalp before you feed your strands.
A hungry/thirsty scalp equals stunted hair. Focus on scalp health first. Clean pores stimulate blood flow.
Growth begins from the root, not the ends.
Learn to endure discomfort. Growth is not cozy. You will be stretched. You will be corrected. You will be ignored before you are recognized. Do not quit because it is hard. If it were easy, everyone would succeed.
You will realise that you are doing well for yourself When you finally leave that school.
I am an advocate of learning a skill or starting a business before graduating from med school especially if there are unnecessary delays.
In my opinion you don't need distinctions, provided you don't repeat a class, grade B or C are ok and don't matter in practice or Japa.
Build personal discipline.
Wake up when you say you will. Do the work even when you do not feel like it. Motivation is sweet but unreliable. Discipline is bitter but dependable.
