1. Not everyone likes you
2. Bad things can happen to good people. Good things can happen to bad people. It's unfair. It's life.
3. You can love someone with all of your heart and not be loved back in the same way.
4. Some people will hurt you, and they won't care how you feel about it.
5. You can become disabled unexpectedly at any point in your life. Make sure you're taking advantage of the abilities you have while you have them.
6. Be the person you needed while you were growing up.
7. Life is not automatically easier just because you're a good person.
8. Humans are social creatures. We are not made to live alone and to only care about ourselves. We should try to help others, our family, our community. Instead of trying to struggle alone to achieve everything individually, try uplifting your friends and family. The extreme individualism is only making up very unhappy.
9. You still won't want to do that task tomorrow, or the next day. Do it now and get it over with.
