@sainsburys A Sainsburys bot just asked what I thought of this reply. I think the reply shows a total misunderstanding of the tweet 😕. I'm trying to politely request that Sainsburys price their products to encourage customers to buy the more eco-friendly options. They're doing the opposite.

Hey @sainsburys why do your 'eco' refills so often get sold at a stupid price which is more £ per gram than the big glass jars? No incentive to choose the option with less #packaging
Refills should always be cheaper than the alternative, they cost you less to transport after all!

Please @NHSVolResponder and @RoyalVolService, do NOT send your volunteers plastic ponchos without ASKING first if they want them! Now 🙄 owner of 2 giant unwanted #plastic ponchos. Awful for the environment & probably huge waste of money if ~95% of volunteers won't wear them

@denbypottery just received a 12-piece dinner service - amount of #plastic is silly - I understand why you bubblewrap it (at least that can be reused) but why on earth is each plate in a plastic bag? What's wrong with putting a bit of recycled paper in between each one?

@WhirlpoolUK all your recent tweets mention replacement not repair. Surely the environmental cost / carbon footprint of replacements is FAR greater? What will happen to all the old machines?? (Registered ages ago and not yet been offered anything ☹)
