I get flak every time I say this, so I figured I should clarify.
Universally, 100% of the time, homeschooling is the worst option for every single child. Without exception.
I'm not being hyperbolic.
Let me explain.

I'll never be fully free from sexual shame but the journey has been fruitful. My only new year's resolution is to get a tubal litigation. Worried about if I could keep it from my parents or not
They sat me down as a tiny child and threatened me with the second coming and eternal damnation at any second without warning, I'm on gods time. Then felt hurt when I decided I wasn't gonna live in that fear.
Returning to this acc exactly a year after being dormant. I've become single since then, and very explorative lol. I was not expecting just how much more reflection and processing that would bring about. God DAMN does it feel nice to get back to learning and growing in new ways
Had a conversation with a Calvinist coworker yesterday. He asked about my journey and I stuck with the basic "the Bible was written by men therefore is fallible, translation or not" and he just countered with "yeah but Jesus was real"
"The temple of worship lays high on the hill
To climb I was willing to see what it mattered
I replaced you with pen and a page,
I now welcome age, she listens so much better"
(my main acc) When writing about my last relationship, I found myself relating back a lot to my old religious delusions of love and sacrifice. Writing the latter half of this song helped me realize that I was never going be satisfied if I had a Catholic view of God's love for me.
"The elevated past shatters clean through the glass
Wondering why I can't touch see or feel all this peace I should have
God isn't here, and he wasn't that"
