@farman4x This is actually quite simple. Both 28 and 63 are divisible by 7. Since theyโre all square roots then it all operates as if the numbers are regular. 28/7:4, 63/7:9. Square roots reductions are: 4:2,9:3, and 1:1. Finally 2+3:5 and 5/1:5. Therefore 5 is the answer.

Itโs all order of operations and division comes first. One of the fabulous keys of division is cancelation. This is because any number divided by itself always reduces to 1 ex. 2/2, 3/3
@EllaJeanrz If each step is by multiplication of 2 (4x2:8, 8x2:16) then the answer is 31. If each step is by addition of 4 (4+4: 8, 8+4:12) the answer is 27. Just depends on the function of the number line.
