@HomeDepot gives me a 14hr delivery window for my flooring materials. Says no access to more specific info as they use 3rd party delivery co. No communication between the two. No access to delivery co movements. They feel this is normal.

@WellsFargo and not tell them that the loan may still come back as denied, and then also refuse to extend the courtesy of refunding their home appraisal deposit?

@WellsFargo please tell me under what circumstances you would take a customer thru a loan application for a mortgage refinance, instruct them to have their home appraised, generate closing documents, and then deny the loan when everything has been completed?

I will be contacting the @BBBTriCounties about @WellsFargo regarding the unethical behavior on their part in the refinancing of my mortgage. They have held my mortgage since 2008. I applied to refinance with cash out so that I can replace my roof and install new floors.

In the mean time, I have found the appropriate loan structure and have successfully refinanced with another lender. BUT, @WellsFargo still has my checking, savings, and business checking accounts. I wonder how oriented they are towards #customerretention

What do I want? I would like my several hundred dollars of fees reimbursed to me. It is currently taking @WellsFargo several weeks to “research” why I should deserve such a courtesy.
