To add on. Bible / Torah promises portions of land in this area to Abraham and his offspring. I know you have a different version of this story. Infact, Quran also acknowledges Torah as divine revelation.

Some people in Gaza and West Bank might even belong to the lost tribes of Israel, who knows! This is not about religion. People groups have identified with religion throughout history for various reasons, some coercion, some by free-will.

But if it is true, then no plan man comes up with can stop it. The proof is in the pudding. Infact, this is another way to vet the whole narrative.

Levant and Palestine are both geographical regions. One is larger and other (Palestine) is a smaller area.

Various groups lived in Palestine region due to various events in history. Undeniably Jews lived there and had a kingdom. History proves it - through Moses, Joshua, David, Solomon, time of Jesus. There were many conquest (Assyrian, Babylonian etc) and return of Jews. Starting 70 AD after Rome destructed Second Temple, Jews were again dispersed. Culminating in their homecoming again in 1947. Between this time many other groups lived there. Byzantine, Arab, Ottoman etc. Some migrated, some converted.

In fact, The Jerusalem Post newspaper was called The Palestine Post. Here is the paper from 1948.

Full Disclosure: I have seen many Muslim doctors, good ones. Even Dr. Oz is a Muslim, though secular.
The key is whether the candidate is following the extreme version of Islam / on a path towards it. Dig into El-Sayed’s history, his extended family, his associations with Piker, one can find concerning issues.

Question to you: when you took your first mortgage in US, did you take the Islamic version, the one where interest is not paid directly? El-Sayed did.

a) Trump’s association with Epstein was nominal - common in those societal circles. Trump did not campaign with Epstein or seek his endorsement; rather he cut him off when bad stuff started coming out, much before Epstein was convicted.

Arab population includes Arab Christians. Indians (rather South Asians) include those from Pakistan/Bangladesh (both Muslims).

Abdul is an ultra conservative Muslim, unlike say Dr. Oz. No Republican voter will cross over and vote for him. But among Democrats, a) he will energize some with his religious identity (Muslims & Palestinian cause) and progressive platform b) he will repel a section of Democrats for the same reason.

For a normal candidate, Democrats would had a 2-3 point advantage in a mid-term Senate race in Michigan. Will El-Sayed lose 2-3% or more compared to a regular Democrat is what this fight is all about.
