💫 #Comet C/2022 E3 ZTF is passing through the Earth’s neighbourhood in the coming days.
🔭 Depending on where you live, it might be faintly visible to the naked eye. But where to look?
📱 I made an app for that!

@Rainmaker1973 I think you should know that there are apps (ie. @ExoplanetApp) which allows you to zoom out starting from earth til the size of the visible universe.
A new version of the Exoplanet App is now available for free on the App Store! The update includes new Lock Screen widgets and a new "Did you know?" section.
Also, the currently pretty boring "Exoplanet News" section will be replaced with "Did you know?", offering tips and tricks on using hidden features of the app as well as exoplanet trivia.
@greatbignow@hannorein@AppStore That's a good idea. It's just really hard to predict the times accurately from the catalogue. Small errors accumulate quickly. Your best bet for something like this is @NExScI_IPAC's Exoplanet Archive or @Unistellar's https://t.co/TNJi5nQRua
A new version of the Exoplanet App is now on the @AppStore!
It includes redesigned home screen widgets and allows you to switch between the Exoplanet Encyclopedia (https://t.co/J00o5YsQIu), the NASA Exoplanet Archive, or the default OpenExoplanet Catalogue https://t.co/qp4xszOi9O

Another teaser of the upcoming @ExoplanetApp update. The widget design has changed and you can now choose a data source from three different catalogues including @NExScI_IPAC.
