@FabrizioRomano Feel like he did well at Parma, finishing mid table and keeping them out of a relegation battle + sold two good players this summer. Was he very defensive during his time there considering he’s an arteta disciple?

@TheArsenalMind Prob Saliba, because he’s simply superior to any other defender i’ve seen in the last decade (maybe aside from VVD). Rice, yes but we have pretty good depth now and I think we can manage for a few games.

@tebzafc There’s a common pattern amongst these types of players (loved by coaches seemingly). Players who regularly generate/find themselves in great positions to score (even if they are unreliable sometimes).. He has a knack for being in the right place/making runs at the right time

@opcompss Legend for posting a Tevez comp. His time at Juve is so so underrated due to how good he was in the prem. The guy was a complete footballer as shown in this clip, he’s literally keeping the team ticking through all phases of play. Additionally he was a killer in the final third.

@Stoneeed1 Shoved out to the touchline often, additionally Arteta loves to keep the pitch stretched so other passing options can be far away. Look where he receives it here, it’s a transition (which arsenal doesn’t do very often) and he’s at a much more advantageous angle running on to goal

@tekkersfoot He’s so technically secure and sharp on the ball, not an outright winger but what he doesn’t have in athleticism, he makes up for it w the magic he produces.

@MarkFaulknerUK Yeah had the same thought when it came to Arsenal. PSG had Kang-In-Lee and Mbaye on the bench last season and now Godts and Ferran. They’re great w getting these Profiles. Fluid attackers across the front three.

Lovely to watch on the ball. He has that close control that makes him looks like he’s gliding across the pitch. Looks physically capable to create separation w his man which can be a concern for wingers coming from weaker leagues. PSG 5-6th choice attackers start for most teams

@NelsonCryptic @EduardoHagn That’s a good point, the penalty has to make other clubs not attempted to do anything similar to city because then the positives outweigh the negatives. However i just don’t think the Prem would do that, it would be so damaging to the brand.

@David_Ornstein @TheAthleticFC The penalty has to be harsh and set precedent! Realistically they won’t be expelled from the league or stripped of their titles. They need to be given a point deduction where they don’t make it into europe multiples times & a record fine minimum.

@beingblackie_ Clearly a good player (not elite ofc) and had extremely high intelligence, just didn’t have the physical ability to execute a lot of things, and generally had no good 6s next to him to helping him off the ball during his time. Would have played for Spain post golden generation.

@TheOfficialFNG Fifa has desperately needed competition for years. There is no incentive to innovate or to make big leaps. They play it safe and rarely make big changes. It's a shame when you look at 2K or some other games that look good and play well.

@ltarsenal Schade would be a great floor raiser and as you said he adds something we don’t have. He’d fit into the Tzolis mould of signings, but i think he’d do very well and add some goals. As for Kroupi, he’s literally the perfect profile. Endrick also definitely worth a punt!
