The SEC will most likely require KYC THIS YEAR for ANYONE launching projects YES, even on a DEX.

Why it's important to DYOR and look at a project's leadership team? Because there is a high likelihood that MOST PROJECTS will disappear and shut down over night because the project creators will either refuse to KYC or won't be able to meet the compliance requirements.

It won't matter where the project stems from, if the SEC sends a cease and desist letter to Uniswap, Uniswap will comply immediately and so will any other DEX that exists. DYOR is going to become more and more important as we start moving into this next bull.

This is going to amplify the success of real companies that are building real solutions or providing a real use case and real product set.

Pete is a certified emergency manager who previously served as Acting Secretary of Homeland Security under President Trump, as well as Administrator for FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) where he oversaw the agency's recovery efforts following numerous disasters, including California wildfires, tornado outbreaks, severe storms, Midwest flooding, and Puerto Rico earthquakes.

Pete also spent 26 years in the US Marine Corps, during which he served as the Executive Officer in charge of Camp David’s security, and as Head of Plans, Policy, and Operations at Marine Corps HQ during the 9/11 attacks.
