heard about the goodness of @zerufinance today so i finally connected one of the wallets i actually trade with to Zaps.
this is where i’m starting:
100 zaps
849 zScore
top 22.4%
#838 / 3,748
what makes Zaps interesting to me is that you’re not necessarily coming in with a blank score. Zeru uses your wallet history and trading activity to establish your starting position, so your old onchain activity can actually matter.
from there, qualifying activity can keep adding to your zaps. You can also join or build a Clan, take part in qualifying trading campaigns, and keep growing your position.
the bigger reason i’m checking it now is that Zaps are intended to count toward a future Zeru airdrop, while higher zaps balances can also provide a route toward Zerus whitelist access, subject to the final criteria.
so if you’ve been trading onchain for a while, i’d honestly check your wallet before assuming you’re starting from zero.
connect your wallet, see what your history earned and join me on Zaps:

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN COMPUTING POWER OUTGROWS AIR COOLING.
For years, putting more performance into a server mostly meant adding more powerful chips.
But there is a physical limit.
Heat.
Modern high-density GPU systems can generate so much heat that moving air through a rack becomes a serious engineering challenge.
That changes the entire design.
Cooling stops being something attached to the computer.
It becomes part of the computer.
The GPUs need to transfer their heat into a liquid loop.
That heat has to be transported away from the rack.
And the cooling infrastructure has to keep working continuously while the hardware is under load.
What caught my attention is that the more powerful the compute becomes, the less the final system looks like a traditional computer.
It starts looking like a combination of computing, plumbing, power and networking.
And I think that's one of the most overlooked parts of the AI hardware race.
The next generation of computers won't just need faster chips.
They'll need better ways to feed them, connect them and keep them cold.
