Our plants are finally back! It’s starting to feel like our classroom is really the space we want it to be.

Today we had extra recess. For math, we played a math game and for science we played with Keva planks. -BR

Today we had P.E. and music. At P.E. we went outside to do P.E. We played Catch Up. At music we did a little game where we had to guess which movie the song was from. -EK

Today we had art. We got to draw and watch some more of Wreck-It Ralph. For lunch we had grilled cheese, cheesesticks, and mac and cheese. -EE

Teacher note: computers were turned in for the year. We didn't lose them. We just had to give them back to be prepped for next year.

We did counseling and technology. Then we had to get our computers taken away because it was almost the end of the year. And 2nd graders went in our room to talk about what 3rd grade would be like. -GW

At Makerspace we watched a movie, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. -IB

Today we had music and P.E. In music we did this sheet where we had to answer all the questions. Then we had coloring sheets and we watched a movie. At P.E. we played gaga ball and it was really, really fun. In math we are doing a road trip project where we chose 3 cities. -JC

At recess some people played basketball. We had lunch. They were serving chicken strips and rice and also rice with sweet and sour chicken. For specials we had art. At art we watched a movie. We made some art. -JA

Today we had technology and counseling. In technology we could do online surfing. We could also do some other things. In counseling we had a substitute. -JK

In Makerspace we made paper chains and measured them to see who had the longest. In Mindfulness we played games and got to draw. In social studies we started a new book, Super You Power of Invisibility (@henakhanbooks), like our last one Super You Power of Flight. -KM

At P.E. we played a game where there is one flag on each side. The team, there are two, they need to run to the other side and get the flag without being tagged by the other team. -LC

Today we had counseling and technology. In counseling we got to finish our remotes. In technology we got to do stuff on technology in courses (in Schoology). -LP

We’ve been reading this book by @henakhanbooks and @andrealee12 and loving it! Right now our goal does appear to be to become the villain, however. #WeWillSeeHowItPlaysOut

Today we had Makerspace and Mindfulness. In Makerspace we were going to do something like chains to make the tallest. But today we made strips to practice. We cut them out. In Mindfulness we watched a movie. It was Finding Nemo. -MD

We are now doing Language Arts Block which replaced reading and writing. We now have a new paper that we do at dismissal saying how did it go. -MB

Today we had field day. During field day, the last station, we had to toss the balloons to our partner without them popping. If they touched the ground but didn't pop, then we weren't out. But if they did pop then we were out. We had popsicles. -MP

Today we had library. After library we got to go outside on the blacktop and play with bubbles. There were six groups of three. We had music and P.E. In P.E. we played soccer and in music we played bingo. -AV

Today we took our math SOL and we couldn't have recess today because there were still people testing on the SOL and we were invited to go play at P.E. -MD
