@grhutchens It's worth modeling to pick up any gotchas but it seems like a significantly better approach. Eg. There's an argument for matching foriegn interest rates to remain attractive to international investors, but this might be resolved by mandating domestic investment of the savings.

@Wilberstien @EricPresidentVR @benz145 Agreed, when moving to the country I often had to take a half day to visit a house that I could have ruled out in minutes via a virtual tour. Though as people have said the benefit is greatest for the customer but the cost & more importantly initiative is borne by the agent.

@Kullabuzz @MrKRudd It's natural to be cautious & courageous to admit doubt. For what it's worth, my mom used to make vaccines & they genuinely care; good scientists are open & about the risks even though they're lower than COVID risks so they seem less confident than those with antivax agendas

@PhilipSoos You do some pretty good economic analysis but you are diving too fast into this one. c10% of infected suffer long COVID & are unable to work for 8+ months. So loved older folks aside, outbreaks cost everybody.
