Here we go again with Wembanyama being accused of and appearing to tell teammates to "go get" an opposing player - first Jared McCain, now Jalen Brunson. I believe that in this case, Draymond knows what he's talking about. Such a bad look for the new "face of the league."
Reminder that OKC hasn’t lost to the Knicks since November 22, 2022.
This series so far is proof that there’s no need to blow the roster up and make some big splash over the off-season in OKC. A healthy Thunder team would’ve beat both of these teams.
Alex Caruso this WCF:
— More points than Keldon
— More steals than Castle
— More blocks than Kornet
— More threes than Champagnie
Top __ player this series.
The NBA’s rationale for not fining Victor Wembanyama, and instead issuing him a warning, took into account that he’s considered a first-time offender on this front. That part is standard procedure, though I did think they might come down harder on him because of the magnitude of the moment (it’s…the West Finals).

A note:
In OKC’s two series that went 7 games last year, OKC won game 5 to go up 3-2, came out flat on the road in game 6, and then sealed the deal in game 7
I’m fully expecting this series to go 7
OKC is the only team that can win the title with bad injury luck.
With bad health, they are vulnerable, of course. But the rest of the teams don't have a chance in that same situation.
If I’m Mark Daignault, I remind my team how they got waxed in Game 6 last couple times they had the opportunity to close out.
Gotta treat this game like an elimination game for OKC if you want to come out on top.

The Kenrich Williams adjustment was much needed by Daigneault and it has worked perfectly.
Kenny hustle has been helping on the boards, bringing energy, and crucially hitting his open 3s.
He completely negates Keldon Johnson.
