RT have had a fantastic morning meeting their new teacher Miss Griffin!

We have had a fabulous time meeting our new teacher and exploring our new classroom 😀 Mrs Teece read us a story all about the colour monster it was so fun!

Today we have introduced our Rekenrek to the class to help us with our speedy maths. We used it to solve one more and one less than numbers.

This week In RT we have been reading Handa’s Surprise and learning about Africa. We have had the opportunity to weigh fruits, make giraffes and retell the story.

RW have loved a wet but wonderful forest school today. Our first groups had a go at using a saw safely to cut branches.

RW have had a fabulous treat this afternoon... we visited the Sensory Garden, we loved being sprayed with water, smelling the flowers and feeling the sand in between our toes 💦���️😀
