Shocked and saddened been given the run around regarding trying to cancel MIL @bt_uk internet and telephone package due to Dementia she has had to be placed in a care home for her safety and can't use a phone thinks the TV remote is a phone we have to pay a cancellation charge

@SartoriBelinda @ukpassportcheck spoke with passport office they advised not and I had 9 weeks they said 6 weeks after they receive application and supporting documents and within 2 weeks of travel you can upgrade was too much of a risk for me but with help of this BOT Ive got an appointment fast track

Prior to lockdown I visited Ikea glasgow to have a kitchen planned. Lockdown prevented follow up appointment. When I was able to make contact again the discount given previously on the fitting of the kitchen had been removed angry and dissapointed that I will now pay 30% more
