DT on Friday the children had a letter from Mr Domino with a design brief to design a pizza box just for year 1 aged children. I brought their designs home to let my partner pick the top 3...come home today and he's been to B&M and bought prizes and goodies for the class! ❤

@danhughesuow I totally forgot as my teacher was observing me that she's also PE lead! The lesson was cut to 20 mins due to school photos, but feedback was totally positive and she said she was picking the lesson from PE lead perspective. 3 points to work on - not bad! 👏

I honestly need serious words with the uni PGCE team! What on earth have they done to me?!
I've not done anything remotely related to PE since primary school myself (avoided PE like the plague) and yet today, I found myself delivering not 1 but 2 PE lessons! 🤣🤣 #thatsafirst

Took until midnight last night to finish making these!! Was part of the extension today in phonics to spell our tricky words...and never got a chance to use them! 🙄 always tomorrow 🤞🏽

Went to view a potential school today and was lovely! On the way out, one of the other attendees found she had a flat tyre. So I offered to help her sort it (granted I called my other half out to help) but that's my good deed for the day! 👊

This assignment has physically drained me, but it is what it is now 🤷🏼‍♀️ and whilst I hold out for a miracle of passing🤞🏽, I'm going to enjoy some 90's throwbacks

It comes to something when you're catching up on line of duty and for the last 15 minutes you can't stay seated and your watch notifies you to 'keep up the good work' as the excitement and anticipation registers as a workout!! 🤣

I cannot believe it's my last day of my SE2 placement already!
Ready to go with my goodbye gifts for the team.
I am really going to miss them all and wish them all the happiness and success in returning in a months time after a long Easter break. 🐰🐣🍫

Just had a lovely end of placement meeting with my SE tutor!
She's so happy with my evidence, obs and was incredibly positive.
Now to apply it all and succeed in SE3 (fingers crossed!)

Tomorrow is a double observation with my CT and the head of teaching and learning and I'm braving it with an introductory lesson to coding to EYFS, moving like robots to directional cards before exploring bee-bots...this could go 1 of 2 ways 😬 wish me luck! 🤞🏼🍀
