@discord hi guys, my wife's account got banned and we can't use the email to send an unbann request, if I send it from my mail your AI checks my account and close the ticket, how can I send a request with a blocked mail?

@discord_support If we try to log in it will show the combination of password and mail address won't work but it is all correct and if you try to reset password it won't send it, because the mail address is not known

@discord_support The account is logged out and we can't log in, that is the issue, there is no way to den a message with that email and you don't accept tickets via email, that's just messed up, sorry to say
