We could have difficulties with internet connections, SS who don’t like technology, or that just feel bored or alone. There will also be SS with poor technological skills, or even we maybe have to deal with electricity problems. That's why it's vital 2 always have a plan b

@Leyvabella @crbuitrago @martharamirezco @JesseySandoval @SandraReyes02NA @LuisaPabonMon @carolinarios138 SS may improve their speaking skills by watching and listening to curated or created videos, cuz they could pause, go back and repeat the videos as many times as they want (learn at their own pace), pay careful attention and learn the pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, etc.

I personally believe that we could offer formative feedback to our Ss if; for example, we ask Ss to write something about a previous reading, and then we simply use the tool that Word has for writing comments (about the Ss sentences, paragraphs or even the whole text).

However, if we don’t dedicate any in-class time 2 clarify our SS questions or doubts, or even if we don’t assign any activity after the readings, that wouldn’t be flipped learning

Patience: as learning is an ongoing process.
Struggles with lazy students: as they don't like english so much, they don´t work actively.
Love: as i am working with human beings.
