Guess who turns 40 tomorrow?! This guy : Big Rig! Every Saturday you can find him at Rockwood Park for 3 hours straight of PT : 5 am run, 6 am ruck & log workout, & finishing with a bootcamp. He led the bootcamp Q today to celebrate 🚚

6 F3 RVA brothers completed a 9.3 mile ruck in honor of D-Day. Their route reflected the distance from Utah Beach to Sainte-Mere-Eglise – a key town that needed to be taken during the invasion. After the 3 hour ruck, they enjoyed some 2nd F (Fellowship) 🇺🇸

Our very own Hardywood (photo center) launched a new region of F3 in Amelia Courthouse this morning! These men posted for the inauguration. Come on out on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 am to 6:15 am at Amelia Courthouse Square (16441 Court St). It’s always free! 💪🏼
