I just saw this Geometry Dash AI mod called “Art Agent” and WHAT IS THIS BRO 😭 You literally highlight some blocks, type a prompt, and BOOM it generates mossy bricks, Art Deco, fancy deco and all that stuff. And people are calling this progress??

NAH BRO.

Look, I have no problem with AI being used for boring stuff. Bug fixing? Fine. Organising layers? Fine. Finding visual errors, fixing alignment issues, troubleshooting the camera and all those annoying editor problems that waste hours? GO AHEAD. Thats literally what AI should be used for.

BUT MAKING THE ACTUAL DECO??? DESIGNING THE LEVEL FOR YOU???

THATS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE.

You cant just type “make it Art Deco” and suddenly call yourself a creator bro 😭 Theres a difference between actually learning how to build and design something yourself and just getting a machine to do the creative work for you.

And what happens when EVERYONE starts doing this???

The servers are gonna get flooded with AI generated deco and eventually everything is gonna look the same. Where is the originality? Where is the personal style? Where is the actual creativity that makes a level stand out from everyone elses?

AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE RATING SYSTEM.

Imagine spending 50 HOURS building a section, placing every object, tweaking the glow, getting the colours right and making sure everything actually looks good. Then someone else generates something in 30 seconds and gets the same recognition because it looks decent.

HOW IS THAT FAIR???

People spend YEARS learning how to create good levels in this game. They practise, improve their deco and develop their own style. Thats an actual skill. You dont just become a good creator because you know how to write a prompt 💀

And if moderators and raters start rewarding AI generated deco without being able to distinguish it from actual human work, then what even is the point anymore?

Im not saying AI should NEVER be used in Geometry Dash. Use it for bug fixing, troubleshooting and all that boring stuff. I genuinely dont care about that.

BUT THE ACTUAL CREATIVE PROCESS SHOULD STILL BELONG TO THE CREATOR.

Because whats the point of spending hours learning how to make good deco when someone else can just generate it in seconds? Eventually actual creators are gonna get buried under a mountain of generated levels and people are gonna stop bothering because why would they spend all that time when AI can do it for them?

Geometry Dash is supposed to be about creativity, originality and actually putting effort into what you build.

I DONT WANT THIS GAME TURNING INTO AN AI SLOT MACHINE WHERE EVERYONE JUST TYPES PROMPTS AND SPAMS GENERATED DECO.

AI should HELP creators, NOT REPLACE THE CREATIVITY THAT MAKES THEM CREATORS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
