They would get a job with us on full time hours & then they would get their hours reduced to no more than 16 hours so they could claim benefits because they couldn't manage on their wages. High rents + living & travel costs

@virginmedia Sorry you seem to have misunderstood. First problem when recording programs you can only customise the recording time to extend to a maximum of 30 mins. This is insufficient especially when recording sports programmes because they can overrun on their timed scheduled slot.

@virginmedia @XCGM16 I received the new remote & updated system. Why can we not add more than 30 mins extra recording time. This is completely insufficient! Especially when recording sports. Getting fed up missing the end of programs. The TV guide needs work! Time bar is to far to the right at times.
