@ons11141895@IbroxChat@RangersReview55 For me, Penrice, Graham, Patterson, McLean, Watt and Ross Stewart. They won’t necessarily be starters, but would make our squad much better. Depth and competition for places.
@IbroxChat@RangersReview55 That’s not what he’s saying though. There are good Scottish players about, we just need to sign them when they’re available like we should have with Shankland and Ferguson.
@4ladshadadream We should probably move on and back the team now. We might be proven right by October, but may as well accept he’s staying, imo.
It would be smart to add a familiar face to the coaching staff, like Steven Davis, though.
@chris_sutton73@Record_Sport Genuine question. Why would people not want an underdog to win the title over the side that’s one 13 of the last 14 titles?
It’s not that people want Celtic to fail, it’s they want Hearts to succeed. Surely 😂
@ibroxrocks This has become common with this new type of head coach. Martin tried to make an example of Raskin, Nancy had his struggles with some Celtic players, Liam Rosenior had a mare with Enzo Fernandez.
They need to earn the players respect.
@Isaacrich1872 He’s a victim of our lack of balance in midfield. He needs passers around him and is better in out of possession games like against Celtic and in Europe. Could say the same for Raskin and Chukwuani in fairness.
@_DIGB I’d sign Maswanhise and Fateh at Dundee United to give us really solid attacking depth. I’d also look at players playing outside Scotland just now but know the league like Penrice, Ross Stewart and Patterson.
@Declan_Norwood I’ve always been a big fan, but I think he’s an out of possession player which is why he seems to be better in Europe and against Celtic. It’s games where we need him to create when he struggles, imo.
@_DIGB Askou is excellent tactically and has a bit of the Gerrard character that gets players bought in. More risky, but at some point we need to take a risk.
@_DIGB It’s made things more subjective and is effecting how referees make decisions. Easier when it was just the ref making the final decision and that was that. Be better if all VAR did was allow the ref to check something.
