combine more dmg with the attack speed making up for the nerfs and the item having a better 2 item spike, and being more practical in an actual game, yes its better. you are clueless

3 items (nash raba X item)
dnd: 1217 dmg
lich: 1121 dmg
full build (+ void shadow)
dnd: 2257
lich: 2105

2- dnd still did more damage
3- dnd has consistently proved that it does more damage than lich and is a superior item
4- with the attack speed passive ratio removed from kayle, dnd is better
