We remember and honor the life of our beloved Steve Hertz, who served as head coach of our baseball team for over two decades.

He truly loved baseball and dedicated his life to coaching, first at the high school level and then at Miami Dade College, where he led the team to more than 300 wins and four league championships. His legacy goes far beyond the field, as he mentored and left an impact on so many of the students he coached.

Rest in peace Steve, your memory will always shine brightly with your MDC family.
