@BillMorris9 We’re only a very small business Bill - so no employees in Republic. A few of our EU customers are getting hit with these charges when there should be none. Unfortunately. Hopefully it will improve 🤞🏻

@SaraONeillArt Either lies with rogue customs officers in receiving countries or Royal Mail perhaps aren’t separating GB mail from NI as they’re meant too 🤷🏻‍♀️ there should be a special sticker of some sort imo! DHL Ireland & NI Parcels best bet for me. But prices restrictive for smaller orders

@SaraONeillArt Yeah was going not to bad altho not foolproof - til recently but had 4 in last month returned. Even put stickers saying it’s NI Parcel with NI EORI number. So frustrating that we can’t take full advantage of our position! Interested to hear if any other NI companies in same boat

@SaraONeillArt I’m so surprised you’re getting no issues Sara - I’ve had to stop shipping to certain EU countries because some orders are getting returned saying incorrect customs documentation. It’s a nightmare 😭

We've held off as long as we could but the most recent Royal Mail price increases have meant we have had to bite the bullet and increase our flat rate postage costs. On the upside there is now FREE POSTAGE over £40!
