@virginmedia I have a serious problem reaching out customer service from abroad. I sent a letter explaining it, and you sent a new sim to my old address in the Uk. Now someone I don’t know has my sim. Are you for real? How can we speak from abroad if my sim doesn’t work?

@virginmedia I am fine, then have the decency to call me on the phone I provided to tel me that and let me close the contract. Don’t just send my sim to random people. Please tell me how to call you from abroad and from a foreign number and give proper customer service!

@virginmedia I moved indefinitely! I asked to remove my standing order so I could go to pay as you go and possibly send me the sim to Italy. They sent it to UK’s old address. Now I rather cancel my contract and I need to speak to someone asap
