AB 2121 (Berman) has passed the Legislature and is headed to Governor Newsom’s desk for final action. The bill would create a new exception to California’s 50% Law, setting a dangerous precedent that could weaken a longstanding protection for instructional funding.

FACCC President Sarah Thompson and Pawfessor ZACCC Twist were in great company earlier this week, with faculty from Ohlone, Yosemite, West Valley-Mission, Contra Costa, Peralta, Chabot-Las Positas, and Sonoma.
