Another random life update. Labor and delivery did NOT go as planned with this peanut, but we both made it through ok. She's a little over 4 months old now. I'm loving the stay at home mommy life. She's been the easiest baby... My little Anne with an E!

Got married last May.
Still very happily married.
Super pregnant (3 days overdue).
Pregnancy was 100% planned.
Quit working 6 weeks ago with no plans to go back. I get to be a stay at home mommy!
Got my dream dog a year ago.
Life's good!

We brought Cleo (my cat from when I was a teenager) home. Also, Ginger (the rabbit) is a boy, not a girl. Oops. Got the first remodel project done on our home. All of my legal issues are on track to be able to get married soon. Life's good, but the snow can go away any day now.

Day 4 of home ownership: me searching for sales on washers and dryers (because the ones that came with the house SUCK) while he hangs the little tv in our bedroom.
Adulting is weird.

When you buy a house and your mom says you HAVE to paint your bedroom before moving furniture in, then leaves you to do all the prep yourself... 😂 Thanks, mom. Can't wait to see the new color on these walls and get rid of this horrible 1980's turquoise, though.

Jacob and I had been using one of my mom's old rings as my engagement ring (first pic). My grandmother on my mom's side passed away early this year. A couple weeks ago, mom asked if we'd like to use my grandma's ring instead. We got it fixed and cleaned last week. (Other pics) 🖤

Sitting at my fiance's dad's house and I noticed there were more stockings than the last time I was here... They added ones for all of their kids significant others... 🥺 The ones with initials are for all of us additional family. They're so sweet. 😭🥰

Korra met Ginger today and is very confused about what the smol floppy eared cat is... Also, Calamity gave Korra her first grooming today. Woke up from a nap just to groom her. 🥰🥰 I had all 3 of our girls in one room for the first time ever today. My heart is happy.

Calamity and I ended up spending a week with Jacob and Korra. Then he had to move out of his apartment and we don't have our house yet. So he's staying at his dads and Korra came home with me! They're really starting to bond and it's the cutest thing to watch!

I really can't wait to have our house next month and have all of us together all the time. And I can't wait until I can actually marry this man. If this is what the rest of our lives are going to be like, I'm beyond ready. ❤️ I wish everyone could find a love like ours...

We're having a very domesticated day of grocery shopping, laundry, working out some last details in buying our house, and figuring out the best option for my car that's stuck in Hawaii. Snow doesn't show signs of stopping, so we're playing Christmas music and cooking...

Forecast was snow this weekend so I packed up my kitty and took her to Jacob's apartment with me so we could all hibernate together. 24 hours in and the kitties still don't like each other, but we're finally all together for the first time. We're just missing our Ginger bunny.

The best part of having a little sister is the snuggles when it's cold. I laid in bed with her this morning after I woke her up for chores. When she finished her chores, she came and crawled in my bed with me... In our defense, it's 1° outside...

Death is plaguing my family this year. My9m and stepdad both lost their moms. Close family friend lost their teenager to cancer. We've had other family friends pass. Monday we lost 2 cows. Today my mom lost her dog. Someone make it stop. Please.
